About

analysterical is written by Andy Bitterer, a 28-year veteran of the IT industry.  As an analyst by day  and a cartoonist by night, Andy takes a close look at the IT market research business.  This blog will likely bust some of the myths about the exotic life of an analyst.

This series started on April 1st, 2010, after many weeks of planning. It will take a while until all the planned content appears on the site, the myth buster is in full swing, and most of the cast will be introduced.  However, the staff at analysterical.com hopes that they’ll find the time to add a few new episodes every week.

Although not intended to be a copy, we’ve been a huge fan of Dilbert since the very early days, and now we find ourselves struggling through our own early cartoonist days. Scott, if you’re reading this, give us a call and tell us how you managed to keep your sanity.

We’ll always be interested in comments. Send them to feedback at analysterical.com.

All names and characters appearing in this blog are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. So there.

Oh, and thanks for all the Phish.
